Privacy Policy

Wine Republic is committed to your privacy. Personal information is collected only when visitors make a purchase with us or add their email to our mailing list. Any personal information that you may share with us is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency. Disclosure of your personal information will occur only when mandated by law including but not limited to court order, and requests by law or government agencies.

Shipping Information & Legal Terms

You must be 21 to purchase alcohol
Alcoholic beverages may only be sold and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are labeled with "Adult Signature Required" and the common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. An adult signature is required at time of delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package is returned to us due to the inability to secure an adult signature for your wine delivery. By submitting your order electronically you are signing that you have read and understand the above conditions.

Shipping
  • We ship via FedEx and a shipment notification will be sent by email when the wine is shipping. Prices of our wines do not include shipping charges, the cost of which varies depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options. The appropriate shipping charges will appear in the shopping cart during checkout.
  • It is the recipient’s or gift giver’s responsibility to provide a current, shippable, physical delivery address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs or international addresses.
  • In the event a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or reshipping to the same address.
  • If a shipment is successfully delivered to the address that has been provided but is not valid for the recipient, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for a replacement shipment if a reship is requested.
  • During times of inclement weather, either extreme heat or extreme cold, we reserve the right to delay shipments until conditions improve. Wine Republic is not responsible for items damaged due to extreme weather conditions. Call us if you want to discuss weather conditions and shipping release times at 952-470-2220. 
  • We rely on DuraTherm wine shippers to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition. The shippers are made with recycled material called expanded polystyrene (EPS). IPS never contains CFCs, HCFC, JFCs or formaldehyde which are harmful to the earth’s ozone. From materials, manufacturing, energy use, and transportation; the entire life cycle of IPS has less impact on the environment than molded pulp.
Wine Republic ships to:
Florida, Wyoming and within Minnesota.

Wine Club shipping and fees
Wine Club shipping is free and will include the month’s wine selections closest to the 1st of that month when you join. Shipments may take between five to ten business days to arrive. During times of inclement weather, either extreme heat or extreme cold, we reserve the right to delay shipments until conditions improve. Wine Republic is not responsible for items damaged due to extreme weather conditions.

Cancellation of membership
Join our club for free. There are no membership or cancellation fees. You may cancel at anytime by calling us at 952-470-2220.

Return Policy
If a shipment is damaged in transit we will replace the product at no additional charge. If a bottle is corked we will replace the bottle at no charge but it must be returned and have the wine in the bottle. We will supply a return label and after we receive the returned bottle from you we will ship out its replacement. On the rare occasion members receive the wrong product, a discount is offered, or the shipment can be returned at no-charge to the member. All returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Refunds on wine purchases
If a shipment is returned to us or is undeliverable within 45 days of shipping, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment less a 20% restocking fee, less shipping and handling, provided that the wines are returned in good condition. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of the shipment to receive your credit.
